luna and olive played in my closet for over an hour on tuesday. remember we are living in a one bedroom, where mike and i share a not-so-big closet, that also houses my dresser and other odds and ends. somehow the girls found this space to be cozy and perfect for play. they sat in the back corner, hiding in the dark in laundry baskets. wren was in and out of the space, wanting to participate, but not sure that she enjoyed being in the dark. i gave them a flashlight and two battery operated tea lights. they used the lights to spy "monsters." olive tried to play this game again today, but apparently it isn't as fun without luna as she didn't play very long.
